Had an interesting day.  I went to work and it was boring as usual.  But I listened to some fantasic podcasts such as A Pagan Heart In Maine, Druidcast, The Forest at Night, and The Spiral Dance.  So the interesting part though, was that during the last hour of work, the police started blocking off a couple of streets along Florida, meaning there was no one driving down Florida for me to wave at, which means I had nothing to do.  So then a police officer told us all to get inside.  So we did.  I had heard from one person that there was a shooting and from another, that there was a bomb.  SCARY.  I sat in the office waiting for a little while til a police officer came into the office and told us that we needed to get out because they were evacuating the area.  I guess on the radio they said that there was a bomb threat down there so when the bomb squad finally showed up and set to work, they wanted everyone out.  I still haven’t heard for sure if that is what it was, but I guess I will find out if anyone else heard anything tomorrow.  

For now I am safe and well and still looking forward to everything.  On the plus side, I joined witchbook.net and paganspace.net.  The people over at paganspace are super nice, so if anyone is looking for a good pagan networking site, I recommend paganspace.
